Job Description:
1、Responsible for NAND specs, features, command sequences, characterization, and NAND failure analysis for state-of-art SSD architecture.
2、Responsible for need to maintain a complete media matrix with all different parameters, (e.g. timing, power, physical data....etc) which tracks any change from NAND vendors.
3、Understanding of NAND flash physics, MLC/TLC technology and protocols to come out algorithm for endurance and reliability improvement.
4、Work on flash management system test plan for operation and drive NAND FA processes.
5. He/she also need to maintain a complete media matrix with all different parameters, (e.g. timing, power, physical data....etc) which tracks any change from NAND vendors.
6. The matrix will be used by SSD development team as bible to design state-of-the-art system.
7. The leader also need to apply his/her detail understanding of NAND flash physics, MLC/TLC technology and protocols to come out algorithm for endurance and reliability improvement.
8.He/she will work on flash management system test plan for operation and drive NAND FA processes.
Requirement:
1.Requires a minimum of a MSEE or related degree, plus 5 years NAND memory system experience.
2. Good hands on working knowledge of flash technology and NAND management of integrating 3D TLC into SSD systems.
3. Experience of debugging and solving flash problems in complex flash management systems.
4.Experience of creating, evaluating FA on flash devices.
5. Good knowledge of 2D MLC and 3D NAND flash physics.
6. Must be able to work with other development teams crossing different countries.
7. Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
